1.3. Epoxy resin table top:


The material thickness is 13mm, 20mm and 25mm for selection; Features: a. 24h strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance; b. It has strong performance, impact resistance, pollution resistance and no bending; c. Up to 600 ℃;


2. Table top of physical experiment table:


The table top of the physical laboratory is usually made of phenolic resin composite veneer and natural granite;


2.1. Composite panel top, material: 1mm thick phenolic resin special board for physical experiment, with characteristics of,, scratch resistance, etc. The base plate is made of MDF, and the periphery is sealed with 2.0mm thick PVC material; The composite thickness of the table top is 40mm;


2.2. Solid board table, material: 12.7mm thick phenolic resin board for physical experiment is selected, which is scratch resistant and anti-static. The total thickness after trimming is 25.4mm; Peripheral chamfer r10mm

a. It has strong performance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, anti-static, and no bending;


b. The bearing capacity is 300 kg/m2;


c. Temperature resistance can be used at - 50 ℃ and 40 ℃;


2. 3. Natural granite countertop:

Thickness: 50mm for high-temperature stage; The roof platform is 50mm;


Features: strong mechanical properties and heat resistance;


The bearing capacity is 500 kg/m2;


Disadvantages: It is radioactive and harmful to human health (based on the test report);


3. Table top of chemical test bench:


3.1 Select 1.2mm thick 316 stainless steel plate, and fill and seal it with lined composite plate.


Features: 1. Solvent resistance; 2. Inhibit the growth of bacteria and mold; 3. Anti pollution and easy to clean;


3.2 Epoxy resin table top:


The material thickness is 20mm and 25mm for selection;


Features: a. 24h strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance; b. It has strong performance, impact resistance, pollution resistance and no bending; c. Up to 600 ℃;
